One pink truck, one big West Texas heart.
La Barbie Tacos started with Olivia, a West Texas girl who went to culinary school in Dallas and decided the city needed the food she grew up on, especially that chile verde you can't get just anywhere here.
So she put it all in a pretty pink truck and parked it on Inwood. Everything's handmade, the tortillas are pressed fresh, and whether it's the lunch line or a crew that needs feeding on a job site, you get the same thing: real food, made with love, served with a smile.
